- Login to your trading account and register your withdrawal;
- Please note that withdrawals are credited back to you via WIRE TRANSFER
Note: Our Back Office Department will initiate the processing of withdrawal requests within one business day, if the relevant requirements are met as described in the Service Agreement and Appendices. However, the time needed for the funds to be transferred will vary, depending on your Bank account.
In case of open positions during the processing of your withdrawal request, your available withdraw able equity might differ. A withdrawal request that cannot be executed, due to insufficient funds, will be rejected. Upon rejection and if you still wish to proceed with a withdrawal, please submit a new withdrawal request within the available withdraw able equity.
**We would like to inform that we DO NOT allow refund request for Credit Cards. We accept refund request only for wire transfers.**
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation or your Bank’s internal procedures. Bank fees incurred as a result of Bank transfers are not charged from our side. However, the sending and/or correspondent banks may charge according to their own fee structure.
We do not allow withdrawal in the form of refund (This means that any request for earnings to be withdrawn via the same credit card used to initially deposit the money is not allowed.)
